Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
SBotemher, 1990 The following members were present: _Mayor Bergman,
CounciL�m+era Helliwell- Ricker, Vaailiou, and 2•{*+•r
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-557
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR COUNTRYSIDE MANAGEMENT, INC. (90076)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for
Countryside Management, Inc. located at 245 and 247 Berkshire Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cailiou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor BergManf GounciIme_m ers
Helliwell Ricker, Vaailiou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
