Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
September, 1990 The following members were present: _ Mayor Bergman,
Councilmembe_r• Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-556
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR COUNTRYSIDE MANAGEMENT, INC. (90076)
WHEREAS, Countryside Management, Inc. has requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of two lots of 11,667 square feet and
9,716 square feet perspectively located at 245 and 247 Berkshire Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Countryside Management, Inc. for property located
at 245 and 247 Berkshire Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 8, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolir'.ted as follows:
That part of Lot 8, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying westerly of a
line drawn from a point on the south line of said Lot 8 distant 75.53
feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 8 to a point on the north
line of said Lot 8 distant 43.48 feet westerly of the northeast corner of
said Lot 8 and said line there terminating.
That part of Lot 8, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying easterly of a
line drawn from a point on the south line of said Lot 8 distant 75.53
feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 8 to a point on the north
line of said Lot 8 distant 43.48 feet westerly of the northeast corner of
said Lot 8 and said line there terminating.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: "ixnr Bergn, Councilmembers
Hall well, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
