Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
,September, 1990 The following members were present: _Mayor BerqmgLn,
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None _
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-552
EXTENSION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK
CHRISTIAN CHURCH (FORMERLY NEW VENTURES CHRISTIAN CHURCH) (88086)
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution 88-687, has approved a Site Plan and
Conditional Use Permit for New Ventures Christian Church located at 16000 41st
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and New Ventures Christian Church have entered
into a Site Improvement Performance Agreement responsive to the approval
resolution which calls for completion of all site improvements by August 31,
1990; and,
WHEREAS, the church has requested an extension of that completion date by a
letter of June 26, 1990;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an extension of
the Site Improvement Performance Agreement completion date for Plymouth Creek
Christian Church (formerly known as New Ventures Christian Church) at 16000
41st Avenue North with respect to site improvements to October 31, 1990, and
with respect to survivability of landscape materials to July 1, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Beryw_n, Councilmembers
Hel1_iwall, Ricker, Vasi liou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
