Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of September
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers HP11iwpll ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-542
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
STORM WATER DRAINAGE POND BC -P1
CITY PROJECT NO. 016
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-493 of the City Council adopted the 6th day of August, 1990
fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to improvements to Storm Drainage Pond
BC -P1 west of County Road 101 and north of 34th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of an outlet control structure
along with storm sewer pipe, open chapel construction and all necessary appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 10th day of
September, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 6, 1990.
2. James M. Montgomery Consulting Engineers, Inc. is designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Maynr Rargmnn, Cnnnri lmnmhs-rc Mel l jwel l Rinker. 11264 lou,
and Ziter
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
