Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of SPprPmlPr ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-541
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT GARDENS WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 034
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-478 of the City Council adopted the 6th day of August, 1990,
fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements of the Schmidt
Gardens Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of approximately 1800 L.F. of
8" watermain; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 10th day of
September, 1990, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
. opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 6, 1990.
2. Rieke, Carroll, Muller Associates, Inc. is designated as engineer for
the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bereman. Councilmembers Helliw ll F Ricker-
Vasiliou
icker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
