Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
September , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent:
None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 540
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-539
VACATING THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING WITHIN
OUTLOT A - STEEPLECHASE 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage easement
for ponding within Outlot A, Steeplechase 5th Addition by Resolution No.
90- 539_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until Steeplechase 8th Addition is recorded at Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
,ouncilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman_. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
