Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of August , 1990. The following members were
present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zit.
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution

RESOLUTION NO. 90-536
APPROVING Gi1RBAGE HAULER LICENSES FOR
TWIN CITY SANITATION, INC., AND
ROJOINSDALE TRANSFER CO., INC.
WHEREAS, applications for garbage hauler license* have been
received from Twin City Sanitation, Inc., and Robbinsdale
Transfer Co., Inc., and
WHEREAS, all required fees and proof of insurance has been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that garbage hauler licenses are hereby granted to Twin
City Sanitation, Inc., and Robbinsdale Transfer Co., Inc., for
the period August 21, 1990, through !larch 31, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by UgI14=11 , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in faVor thereof:
