Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, A regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20tl, day of
August 1990. The following were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and Waved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION FC)R PUBLIC HEARIM ON PROPOSED ASSESSMERr
1990 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION F LL 1
*HMEAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 20, 1990 the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the total cost for the
1990 Weed Eradication and Destruction, Roll 1 on certain lands within the City
as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the mil that such proposed assessment
has been cc pleted and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection;
NOW, MWIEFIOtE, BE IT WtEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMIIM, STA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 1st day of October, 1990 in
the City Council Climbers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons awning
property affected by such charges will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state
in the notice the total amount of the assessment. The Clerk shall
also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
'Ite motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmember-, Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
