Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESCLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FX)R
DELINQUENT WATER, SEWER AND STREET LIGHTINIG AND
ANNUAL SIREET LIGHTING FOR UNIMPROVED PARMS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VII,
Section 715.03, 720.21 and 730.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for delinquent
water, sewer and street lighting and street lighting for unimproved parcels
have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such charges is
$186,365.31.
NOW, TfiEREFME, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The amount of delinquency to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $185,898.14 and the amount of the street lighting is
hereby declared to be $467.17.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finarrce,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
as provided by law; and the clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the office of the city Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
