RESOLUTION NO. 90- 526
REQUEST TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 90-383
AWARDING OF BID FOR 1990 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 001
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-383 approved by the City Council at the June 18
meeting contained the incorrect amount for the contract award to Hardrives,
Inc. in the amount of $1,869,232.41;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The correct amount of the low bid as submitted by
Hardrives, Inc. for the 1990 Street Reconstruction Project is $1,868,233.05.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counrllmemhe HP11iwe11 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
