Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
August , 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None

Mayor Bergman introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-525
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
T.H. 55 AND GOLDENROD LANE
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 704
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Hardrives, Inc., as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for T.H. 55 and Goldenrod Lane, Street and
Utility Improvements, City Project No. 704, said agreement being dated
September 14, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $29,371.50. No change
orders were requested. This project underran the contract
amount 2.3% or $686.39.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for T.N. 55 and
Goldenrod Lane, Street and Utility Improvements, and
certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the sane, is hereby released from the contract except
as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of
$1,434.26 to Hardrives, Inc. for T.H. 55 and Goldenrod Lane,
Street and Utilit- Improvements, is hereby approved and the
City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Connrilmemhpr Rirkpr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell_ Ri kp _ ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
