Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of August ,
1990. The following members were present: Ma or Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Z.itur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-523
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Installation of utilities in Schmidt Lake Road at the intersection of Trenton
Lane.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Schmidt Lake Road Imrpovements, City Project No.
705 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, City Project
No. 705 by adding $27,813.90 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $721,678.67
Previous Change Orders ADD 7,108.56
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 27,813.90
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$756,601.13
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Ricker, Vasiliou, and 7.itur
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember•Heltiwell
. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
