Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
August , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bereman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Couneilmembor Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-517
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
HAWTHORNE PLACE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1990, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Hawthorne Place Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
August 20, 1990;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property within the plat named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted August 20, 1990. The petitioners
have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Council_members Helliwell, Ricker, ,
Vacilirni, and Zibir
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
