HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-515CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of August , 1990. The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou. and Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 90-515 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING 47TH AVENUE/QUINWOOD LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1990, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 47th Avenue/Quinwood Lane by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on August 20, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted August 20, 1990. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coln ilm mber He11iw 11 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: :payor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwpll, Ricker, , Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
