HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-507CXTY Or FLYMUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of August , 199_ The following members were present: Mayor Bern, Cou_ncilmembers Helliwell. Ricker` `favi 1 iou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None flavor Bergman introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-507 AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND APPROVING AMENDED LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR SCHUETT INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR "COACHMAN TRAILS" (85022) WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Schuett Investment Company was approved under City Council Resolution 85-398; and, WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $196,500; and, WHEREAS, Resolution 88-13 authorized reduction of the cash deposit to $102,250; and, WHEREAS, Resolution 88-794 authorized reduction of the cash deposit to ' $63,750; and, WHEREAS, Resolution 89-146 authorized reduction of the cash deposit to $40,000; and, WHEREAS, Resolution 90-403 authorized release of the financial guarantee based upon notice from the developer that all work had been completed; and, WHEREAS, subsequent information and inspections verified the work was in variance from the intent of the City Council's site plan approval under Resolution 85-398; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does recind Resolution 90-403; FURTHER, the administrative staff is authorized to reduce the cash deposit which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Schuett Investment Company for "Coachman Trails" to the amount of $20,000. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cou_n_cilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Rarg=n- Councilnuumbers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
