Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
Augya,t--, 1920 --The following members were present: mayor BerSpnan�
Counc t.n�nf+�r. Halliwell. Ricker, Vaailiou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-503
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR LYMAN DEVELOPMENT FOR "PARKVIEW RIDGE 3RD ADDITION"
(90061) (RPUD 88-3)
WHEREAS, Lyman Development has requested approval of a Final Plat for
"Parkview Ridge 3rd Addition" for 23 townhouse lots and 5 outlots located at
the northwest corner of Minnesota Lane and 38th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Lyman Development for "Parkview Ridge 3rd Addition" for 23 towhouse lots and 5
outlots located at the northwest corner of Minensota Lane and 38th Avenue
North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _mayor Berg��, Councilmembera
Helliwell. Rinker, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
