HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-501CITY OF FLDOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of AAQuat , 1990 The following members were present: Mayor Beroman. Couneilmembera Helliwall_ Ricker_ Vasiliou_ and Zitur The following members were absent: pone Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-501 APPROVING RPUD FINAL SITE PLAN FOR LYMAN DEVELOPMENT FOR "PARKVIEW RIDGE 3RD ADDITION" (90061) (APUD 88-3) WHEREAS, Lyman Development has requested approval for an RPVD Final Site Plan for "Parkview Ridge 3rd Addition" located at the northwest corner of Minnesota Lane and 38th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Lyman Development for an RPUD Final Site Plan for "Parkview Ridge 3rd Addition" located at the northwest corner of Minnesota Lane and 38th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineerfs Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of recording of the Final Plat. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent rs, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements, including improvements to outlots and landscaping. 5. No signage is approved. 6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. (see next page) Resolution No. 90-501 File 90061 Page Two 7. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. S. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the principal structures, and no outside storage is permitted. 9. An 8 x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. 10. No building permit to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 11. Compliance with City Council Resolution 89-439 regarding tree preservation, as applicable. 12. The Grading and Site Plan shall be modified to include snow fence to define grading limits along the entire west property line with the intent to preserve existing trees beyond the area designated for grading. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coua clinamber Halliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayer saraean, Councilmambarm Helliwal , Ricker, Vasillou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
