Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the goat day of
8ucuat , 1990 The following members were present: —Hayor Bergman,,
Counci�*+!++})era Helliwell, Ricker, Vaailiou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
C_uacilmwmhAr Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-499
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR TERRENCE O'CONNELL
(90067)
WHEREAS, Terrance O'Connell has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home
Occupation to distribute Watkins products from his home at 4495 Forestview
Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Terrance O'Connell for a Conditional Use Permit for Hone Occupation to
distribute Watkins products from his home at 4495 Forestview Lane North,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
4. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or
related materials.
5. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Couneilmember Helliwell _, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: .Mayor Bergmia, Councilmembars
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
