Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of Augu-t- ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Courcilmembers Helliwell
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 496
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-440 of the City Council adopted the 16th day of July, fixed
a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to the Northcentral
Sanitary Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 24" trunk sanitary sewer
line and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 20th day of August,
at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon:,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ord-,•ed as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted July 16, 1990.
2. Sc_ioell and Madson, Inc. is designated as engineer for the improvement.
They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement based on Alternate No. 1 of the report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
