rPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of August
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell
Rickar, VnRiliou_ and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-495
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD/SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AREA
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 011
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements Program is
proposing street and utility improvements on Northwest Boulevard and Schmidt Lake Road;
and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements of Northwest
Boulevard/Schmidt Lake Road was received by the Council on July 16, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements was referred to the City Assessment Committee
for consideration and the committee has given its recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $1,939,330.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
10th day of September, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

in favor thereof: Maynr Rwrgman- Counciimemhers Ricker. Vasiliou and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Helliwell
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
