Pursuant to due call and notice there, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, was held on the -6th day of
Augmst, 1990. The following members were present: Mayor -Bergman
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur _
The following members were absent: None
Councilmembir Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-490
APPROVING 1990 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, application for a Cigarette License has been received
from the party listed below in accordance with Chapter II,
Section 1150.01 of the City Code:

Plymouth, MN 55441
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License
application from the party listed above be approved for the
period of August 6, 1990 through December 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bgrgman,
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
