. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of August
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-489
APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF
"NO PARKING" SIGNS ON DUNKIRK LANE
SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 47
WHEREAS, on street parking has been noted on Dunkirk Lane south of County Road 47; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the installation of "No Parking"
signs on both side of Dunkirk Lane south of County Road 47.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc ilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman_ Counrilmemhers Helliwe-11- Ricker, Vasilinu. and ,

The following voted against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
