Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
regular , 1990. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-488
APPROVAL OF EASEMENT
NORTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY
OUTLOT A - SWAN LAKE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is the owner of Outlot A, Swan Lake West
Addition, for a neighborhood park; and
WHEREAS, the developer's engineer omitted the necessary utility easement over
the southerly ten feet of Outlot A on the recorded final plat; and
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has located a telephone cable
within this easement area and where it is necessary for them to obtain the
easement to have the right to have the cable at this location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute an easement document granting a utility easement to Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company over the southerly portion of Outlot A, Swan Lake West
Addition
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C,'ouncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman Councilmemhers Helliwell- Ricker_ ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
