Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
August , 1990. The following members were present: ,
—Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following members were absent:
None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-481
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 9 - I-494 TO NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with County
of Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit:
Improvement of that portion of County State Aid Highway No. 9 at
the intersection with Vinewood Lane, which improvement contemplates
and includes bituminous turn lanes, concrete islands, traffic
signals and other related improvements; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement (Agreement No. PW 39-17-90) and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations
contained therein.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
