Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
ng�sr 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bereman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 476
RECEIVE PETITION AND INCLUDE AS PART OF MEDINA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, the developers of the proposed Seven Ponds West Subdivision have
petitioned the City to extend lateral sanitary sewer to their proposed
subdivision from the future N.W. Trunk Sanitary Sewer on Medina Road; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed sewer lateral extension to serve the
proposed Seven Ponds West Subdivision be included in the Preliminary Report
for the Medina Road Improvements, Project 010.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cour i1m mbZitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. ,
Vacilimi- and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
