Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaylar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
August , 1920 The following members were present: mayor Bergmgn.
Councilmembera Helliwell Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None _
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-466
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR VERN REYNOLDS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "BASS LAKE TERRACE" (90050)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located east of I-494 and north of the Soo Line Railroad from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) District to R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence)
District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for Vern
Reynolds Construction Company for "Bass Lake Terrace";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
IT HEREBY RESOLVED
BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that it should and
hereby does direct
that the Final
Plat
for Vern Reynolds Construction Company
for "Bass Lake
Terrace" shall be
filed
with Hennepin County
and the reguiding
of this land
as approved by the
City
shall be approved by
the Metropolitan Council prior to
the publication of
said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor BerMan, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
