Counci +M*�t+�*'� w�i > +�+�� i , icker, Vasiliot�, and 7itur The following members were absent: None Counailmemher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-464 SETTING CONDITIONS TO HE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION AND ZONING ORDINANCE VARIANCES FOR JOANNE SCHULER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2355 HEMLOCK LANE AND 2356 IVES LANE (90055) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division and Zoning Ordinance variances for Joanne Schuler for property located at 2355 Hemlock Lane and 2356 Ives Lane; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage facilities. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication on both lots prior to recording of the lot division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of recording of the lot division. 4. No building permit for addition to structures is to be issued until the lot division is filed with Hennepin County. 5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing with Hennepin County. 6. Approved variances are: a. Lot widths of 37.5 feet and 58.0 feet versus the Ordinance standard of 110 feet. b. Lot area of 6,184 square feet and 6,184 square feet versus the Ordinance standard of 18,500 square feet. (see next page) Resolution No. 90-464 File 90055 Page Two 7. Submission by the petitioner and approval/recording by the City Attorney of a memorial on the title of each parcel that future development of the parcels will not require dimensional variances from the Z,.,ning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemberl Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergmn, Co ncilmembers Hellirell,Ricker, Vaailiou, and Zitur The following voted against or abs4.ained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
