Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
Auguat , 192Q_ The following mem era were present: _ Mayor Bergman.

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-455
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR BRADLEY H. WHITE FOR "GLEASON NORTHSHORE" (90040)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for
Bradley H. White for "Gleason Northshore" located at 1271 and 1273 Black Oaks
Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Lot division/consolidation is filed with Hennepin County.
3. The title transfer of the property for Lots 13 and 14 from the Gleason
North Homeowner's Association must be completed and approved by the City
Attorney.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by councilmamh.r Zitur _, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ber®a�, Councilmambars
flelliwall, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur _

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
