Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
August , 19$0-- The following members were present: Mayor Bergman.
Counci MMURbers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmmaber Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-453
APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; AND ZONING ORDINANCE
VARIANCE FOR BRADLEY H. WHITE FOR "GLEASON NORTHSHORE" (90040)
WHEREAS, Bradley H. White has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit
and variance for "Gleason Northshore" property located 1271 and 1273 Black
Oaks Court; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O£ THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby doom approve the request by
Bradley H. White for a Conditional Use Permit and variance for "Gleason
Northshore" for property located at 1271 and 1273 Black Oaks Court, subject to
the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. No building permit to be issued until the lot division/consolidation is
filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
4. Building permits for the deck/porch additions shall be issued only after
•vidonee of title to the underlying land is provided.
5. Compliance with applicable conditions of resolutions 81-718.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Coor 2i ur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergma Councilmembarm T
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasilio , and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained___ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
