Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPgillar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
August , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent:
None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-452
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 90- 451
VACATING T4E DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING
OUTLOT J - PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and
utility easement and drainage easement for ponding over all of Outlot J,
Parkers Lake North 2nd Addition by Resolution No. 90-451 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with Hennepin
County until the final plat of Parkers Lake North 6th Addition is filed at
Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmemher Vasillou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, ,
Vaatlinu. and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
