Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of _ August ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 450
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, CITY VIEW ACRES 2ND UNIT
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage and utility easement in Lot 6,
Block 3, City View Acres 2nd Unit; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 6,
1990 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of August 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
10 mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 6, 1990 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easement in Lot 6,
Block 3, City View Acres 2nd Unit; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement be vacated:
The northeasterly 6 feet of the southwesterly 10 feet of Lot 6, Block 3,
City View Acres 2nd Unit, Hennepin County, Minnesota
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken Chereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and
. Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
