Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6th day of Auquat_, 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bar- n, Councilmwmbers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and
Zitur. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-449
APPROVING ON -SALE NONINTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR WARRIOR ONE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale
nonintoxicating liquor license from Warrior One, d/b/a The Gym,
2855 Glacier Lane, and
WHERRA3, the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an on -sale nonintoxicating liquor license is hereby
approved for Warrior One, 2855 Glacier Lane, for a period to
expire June 30, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman`
Cou_ncilmoobers Helliwell, Ricker, and Zitur. The following voted
against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou. Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
