Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
lfith day of _yly , 1990. The following members were
present: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur .
The following members were absent: _ Mayor Bergman
Gouncilmembar Zitur introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-448
APPOINTING FRED LIPS TO THE
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
MODU S, a vacancy occurs on the Board of Zoning Adjustments and
Appeals for a term expiring January 31, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered applications on file which
have been submitted by residents interested in serving on a City
board or commission.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that bred Lips is hereby appointed to the Board of
Zoning Adjustments and Appeals to a term expiring January 31,
1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
