HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-445bCITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ragylar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of July_, 1990. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell, Rickerr Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-445 APPROVING TEMPORARY NONINTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR PLYMOUTH LIONS WHEREAS, application for a temporary nonintoxicating liquor license has been received from the Plymouth Lions in conjunction with softball tournaments on August 24-26 and September 1-3, 1990; and WHEREAS, all fees have been paid and required insurance provided, and WHEREAS, the Police Department finds no reason to recommend denial of the license. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a temporary nonintoxicating liquor license is approved for the Plymouth Lions for August 24-26 and September 1-3, 1990, at Zachary Park. The motion for adoption of tue foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
