Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a mular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 16th day of
July F 19 90 . The following members were
Present: Co mrilmpmbprc Ao11;woll, Rinker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and mo,►ed its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-443
AWARDING BID FOR WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRAIL
PROJECT NO. 931
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened in accordance with City bid policy, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
1. Alber Construction, Inc. $255,526.50
2. Barber Construction Co., Inc. 235,285.10
3. Driveway Design, Inc. 300,448.00
4. Hardrives, Inc. 243,577.00
WHEAREAS, the low apparent bid was received in the amount of $235,285.10 from
Barber Construction Co., Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid for Project No. 931, West Medicine Lake
Trail, is hereby awarded to Barber Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of
$235,285.10.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwa , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fallowing
voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against dr abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
