Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of July
1990. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-442
TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF EASEMENT
LOT 20, BLOCK 2
HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City received a temporary easement across Lot 20, Block 2, Heritage Woods
Estates 2nd Addition dated December 26, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that this easement be terminated and released and
replaced with an easement document containing a termination clause; and
WHEREAS, approval is recommended by the Director of Public Works and City Attorney's
office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the termination and release of
easement on Lot 20, Block 2, Heritage Woods Estates 2nd Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

in favor thereof: Counrilmemh a H liwell. Ricker, Vasiliou. and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
