HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-441CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of July , 1990. The following members were present: , rnunrilmemberg HP11JWgIl. Ricker. Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90- 441 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND REFERRING REPORT TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE NORTHWEST BOULEVARD/SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 011 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements Program, is proposing improvements to Northwest Boulevard/Schmidt Lake Road by providing streets and utilities; and WHEREAS, Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. was designated as the consulting engineer for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering Report was ordered on February 8, 1990 as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements Program; and WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of Northwest Boulevard/ Schmidt Lake Road has been prepared and is being received by the Council on July 16, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Special Assessment Committee shall consider the report and proposed assessments prior to ordering a public hearing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ricker, Vasil.i0u, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Helliwell Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
