Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
July , 1990. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Cn„nrilmpmher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 440
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements Program
is proposing to improve the Northcentral Sanitary Sewer District by
constructing a trunk sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, Schoell and Madson, Inc. was designated as the consulting engineer
for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering Report was ordered as part of
the 1990 Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of the Northcentral Trunk Sanitary
sewer from approximately 750 feet west of Point 18 to Point 22 has been
prepared and is received by the Council on July 16, 1990;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $1,112,600.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 20th day of August, 1990, in the Council Chambers of
the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00
p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereonthe following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Nong
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
