Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
.Iuly , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 438
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES
OUTLOT J - PARKERS LAKE NORTH SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Laukka-Williams has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements and
drainage easement for ponding purposes:
The drainage and utility easement, and drainage easement for
ponding purposes over all of Outlot J, Parkers Lake North Second
Addition, according to the plat thereof, on file or of record in
the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order; �.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
August 6, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
