Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
July , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor$prgman
Councilmember I introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 437
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, CITY VIEW ACRES 2ND UNIT
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Thomas and Theresa Sweeney have
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easement:
The northeasterly 6 feet of the southwesterly 10 feet of Lot 6,
Block 3, City View Acres 2nd Unit, Hennepin County, Minnesota
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
August 6, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and ,
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
