Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 90-436
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
46th/45th AVENUE TRAIL - ZACHARY LANE TO REVERE LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 024
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for 46th/45th
Avenue Trail - Zachary Lane to Revere Lane and has presented such plans and
specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published once, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received
by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 1990, at
which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of
the Plymouth City Center Building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and
accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of
such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

`Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
