Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 16th day of July , 192D__The following

CnuncilMenhoy Rickey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-434
APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST FOR OLFISCO, INC. (A-261)
WHEREAS, Olfisco, Inc. has requested approval of a variance from setback
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance related to an approved Site Plan at 1915
Xenium Lane, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request, and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND
APPEALS, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the request by Olifisco, Inc. from setback provisions of the Zoning
Ordinance related to an approved Site Plan at 1915 Xenium Lane.
1. The variance criteria have been met.
2. No other variances are granted or implied by this action.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
er Zitur , and upon vote being taking thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
