Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-429
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES/WESTAR-ROME PARTNERS (90029)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located southwest of Medina Road and southeast of County Road 24 from FRD
(Future Restricted Development) District to R -1A (Low Density Single Family
Residential) and B-3 (Service Business) Districts in conjunction with approval
of the Preliminary Plat for Hans Hagen Homes/Nestar-Rome Partners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Hans Hagen Homes/Westar-Rome Partners to be filed with Hennepin County prior
to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
