HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-423CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of July 1990. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell—Ricker,, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-423 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-422 VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1 MEYER GONYEA ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility easement within Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 Meyer Gonyea Addition by Resolution No. 90-422 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with Hennepin County until the Lot Consolidation/Division is filed at Hennepin County and the new drainage and utility easements are submitted in recordable form. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
