1W Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of _ July ,
1990. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-421
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-420
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 4 PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility easement
within Lots 6 and 7, Block 4 Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition by Resolution No. 90-420
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the City
Council approves the Lot Consolidation for Lots 6 and 7, Block 4, File 490043, and the
division has been filed at Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
