Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of July, 1990,
1990. The following members were present: Councilme_mbers Helliwell, Ricker,
VAR11101j. and 9;tur
The following
members were absent: Mayor Bergman
collint,_introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-418
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR JIEN FUNG, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a non -intoxicating on -sale
liquor license from Jien rung, Inc., for the premises at 10100 6th Avenue
North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City Council
conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
an on -sale non -intoxicating and wine liquor license is hereby approved for
Jien rung, Inc., 10100 6th Avenue North, for the period July 16, 1990, through
June 30, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Coungf1mamhor Ricker, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

The following voted against or abstained: _ None Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
