Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of July, 1990.
The following members were present: Counciimambo rm Helliwell, Ricker-
Vhe�, and 2; tur -- --
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
r^u ar 2itur introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-417
APPROVING WINE LICENSE FOR JIEN FUNG, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a wine license from Jien
Fung, Inc., for the premises at 10100 6th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City Council
conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
a wine license is hereby approved for Jien rung, Inc., 10100 6th Avenue North,
for the period July 16, 1990, through January 31, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Counc lmwmber Ricker, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Oouncilmemhera He l wAl , Ricker Vasiliou, and 2itur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
