Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of _ July
1990. The following members were present: .jMayor Beraman. Councilmember.
Helliwell_ Ricker_ Vaciliou_ and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Caunrileamhpr Riekar introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-409
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
25TH AVENUE TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisemei,t for bids for 25th Avenue Trunk Watermain Project,
bids were received, opened and tabulate) according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that F. F. Jedlicki, Inc. of Eden Prairie is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
in•_o the attached contract with F. F. Jedlicki, Inc. of Eden Prairie,
MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for 25th Avenue Trunk
Watermain, City Project No. 908, according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of
$239,486.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all i^idders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwe 1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bereman. Councilmembers Helli.well. Ricker, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
