Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _2utl_ day of
July , 192Di The following members were present:
Mayor Barg{pap, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmamber Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-398
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR VAN EECRHOUT BUILDERS (90033)
WHEREAS, Van Eeckhout Builders has requested approval for a lot division and
Zoning Ordinance Variances for the modification of property lines located at
255 and 257 Berkshire Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
and Zoning Ordinance Variances for Van Eeckhout Builders for property located
at 255 and 257 Berkshire Lane;
Lot 7, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
That part of Lot 7, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies westerly
and northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the
northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence on an assumed bearing of South 52
degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds East along the north line of said Lot 7 a
distance of 52.09 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence South 37 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West a distance
of 56.60 feet; thence North 52 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West a
distance of 2.00 feet; thence South 37 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West
a distance of 128.40 feet to the south line of said Lot 7 and said line
there terminating.
That part of Lot 7, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies easterly
and southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the

northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence on an seamed bearing of South 52
degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds East along the north line of said Lot 7 a
distance of 52.09 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence South 37 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West a distance
of 56.60 feet; thence North 52 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds Nest a
distance of 2.00 feet; thence South 37 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds ;lest
a distance of 128.40 feet to the south line of said Lot 7 and said line
there terminating.
FURTHER, that the Cite Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City='olicy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Coun2JIME+ er Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _mayor Bergmn, Councilmemhers

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
