Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was—Fief d on the 2nd day

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-397
APPROVING AMENDED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MEYER/ LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
(90032)
WHEREAS, Meyer/Gonyea Land Development Company has requested approval for an
Amended General Development Plan for lots 1, 2 and 3, Meyer/Gonyea Addition
located at the south side of 45th Avenue North between Nathan Lane and the
State Highway 169 west service drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve she request by Meyer/Gonyea
Land Development Company for an Amended General Development Plan for property
located at the south side of 45th Avenue North between Nathan Lane and the
State Highway 169 west service drive;
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time issuance of guilding permits.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing
any open storm water drainage facility.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: ^ Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
